Bio
Arthur J Gonsalves, MD (Chip) grew up in the Merrimack Valley. The first in his family to attend college, he attended Tufts University after graduating Phillips Academy. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in electrical engineering before going on to medical school at Tufts University. He graduated Tufts University School of Medicine, and then spent seven years in general and vascular surgery training at Tufts Medical Center and University of South Florida.
He returned to begin practice as a vascular surgeon in the Merrimack Valley in 1998. He has performed more than 5,000 vascular procedures. Click here for his complete medical background.
